Sales Account Manager – Food Ingredients (Turkey)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Account Manager with a strong commercial background in the food ingredients sector to grow our business in Turkey. You will leverage your industry expertise and network to expand ROHA’s market presence and deliver innovative color solutions to leading food & beverage manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell ROHA’s high‑value food colors and natural coloring solutions across all food & beverage categories in Turkey.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth by expanding direct key account relationships, winning new business, and managing distributor networks.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans covering customer requirements, sales forecasts, competitive positioning, and channel partner performance.
• Partner with internal application labs, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver tailored technical solutions and superior service.
• Build and nurture a robust pipeline of innovation and reformulation projects, overseeing sample approvals, technical trials, and commercial conversions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of B2B direct sales experience in food ingredients, colors, flavors or specialty chemicals.
• Established network with key Food & Beverage manufacturers (R&D, Purchasing, Product Development) in Turkey.
• Proven track record of key account management, value‑based selling and achieving revenue targets.
• Full professional fluency in Turkish and English, with willingness to travel within Turkey.
