Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships for our technology solutions portfolio. The role combines direct sales, customer satisfaction, and coordination with technical teams to deliver complex IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities that contribute to the organization’s targets.
• Measure and improve internal and external customer satisfaction while enhancing the company’s image.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules and related training.
• Act as a bridge between customers and technical teams, providing guidance and management.
• Manage enterprise customers, nurture relationships, and acquire new accounts.
• Support system integrators and complex solution delivery.
• Lead business development and channel management initiatives to expand the client portfolio.

Required profile

• Graduate in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of software and workflow solution products.
• Familiarity with SAP and Basis solutions.
• Understanding of application security, SIEM and workflow applications.
• Knowledge of infrastructure products and services.
• Proficiency in English.
