About the role
Accor, a global hospitality group with more than 45 brands and 5,600 hotels, is looking for a Sales Agent in Bursa. The role focuses on making agreements with companies to increase the hotel's revenue in line with Accor standards.
Key responsibilities
- Make agreements with companies to increase the hotel's revenues according to Accor standards.
- Identify, implement and report on sales techniques and strategies.
- Conduct market research and build relationships with potential new customers.
Required profile
- Graduate of a Tourism Management or Hotel Management degree.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Class B driver's licence and ability to drive an active vehicle; completed military service for male candidates.
Required skills
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
- Understanding of sales strategies, including developing special prices and packages during peak periods.
- Analytical thinking, negotiation and planning skills, with good time and stress management.
