Sales Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Agent to join our sales and business development team in Turkey. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, building relationships, promoting our services and supporting the growth of sales activities across the Turkish market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, business partners and companies throughout Turkey.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote the company's services and uncover new business opportunities.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, social media and in‑person meetings.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support closing of sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development or customer relations is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and target‑oriented attitude.
• Fluency in Turkish; English knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
