Sales Assistant – Luxury Fashion Boutique (Multiple Brands)

About the role

Join Dilasima Group’s boutique fashion network as a Sales Assistant, supporting the Max Mara, Weekend Max Mara, Max & Co, Furla, Marina Rinaldi and Vetrina stores in Istanbul. You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering personalized styling advice and ensuring a premium shopping experience that reflects the luxury positioning of each brand.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing tailored fashion recommendations.
• Maintain an attractive, well‑organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and current fashion trends.
• Contribute actively to achieving store sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent visual presentation and styling sense.
• Clear communication in Turkish; English is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts.
• Interest in luxury fashion and awareness of market trends.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic POS operation.
• Cash‑handling proficiency.
• Comfort with retail management systems.
