Sales & Business Development Specialist – Mobile Apps

About the role

Neon Apps is looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in the mobile application market. You will work closely with a dynamic team to expand our client base and help shape the future of custom app development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for mobile app products and services.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients across various industries.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor industry trends, spot opportunities, and propose growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide post‑sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Document and report all sales activities accurately.
• Represent Neon Apps at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven sales experience in the mobile application industry, preferably with a custom‑app development agency.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
