Sales Clinic Representative

About the role

Dentique Clinic Istanbul is looking for a dynamic, welcoming and solution-oriented Sales Clinic Representative to join its team in Istanbul. The role accompanies international patients through their clinic experience, bridges communication between patients and the medical team, coordinates with the Sales Office in Tunisia and identifies opportunities to increase treatment acceptance through professional upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and professionally, accompany them during their visit, answer questions, handle complaints and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.
• Translate between French, English and Turkish speakers and the clinic team, including accurate translation of medical information without giving independent medical advice.
• Promote additional treatments when clinically appropriate and recommended by the dentist, present options professionally, support conversions and follow up on pending decisions.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Sales Office in Tunisia, share updates on arrivals, consultations and treatment progress, and update CRM records.
• Coordinate appointments, hotel reservations, transfers and other services, verify details before arrival and handle delays and changes smoothly.
• Represent the clinic professionally, protect its reputation and respect patient confidentiality.

Required profile

• Fluent French, English and Turkish, able to communicate confidently in all three languages.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, patient coordination, hospitality or medical tourism is preferred; experience in a dental clinic, hospital or international patient department is an advantage.
• Smiling, welcoming, patient, proactive, organized and comfortable in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
