Sales Consultant – International Dental Services

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Sales Consultant to join our International Sales Call Center at Ömer Istanbul Dental Center. You will act as the first point of contact for international patients, guiding them through the dental treatment journey and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective patients via phone and email, understanding their dental needs.
• Present suitable treatment options and promote the clinic’s services.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to treatment scheduling.
• Maintain follow‑up with leads and nurture long‑term patient relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring high patient satisfaction.
• Record all sales activities accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven sales experience or strong aptitude for sales.
• Experience in call‑center, telesales, customer relations, or health tourism is a plus.
• Result‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
