Sales Consultant - Migration, Recruitment & Travel

About the role

Navon Holdings, a multinational group active in migration assistance, international recruitment, language education, construction, luxury travel and nutrition and training, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant in Istanbul. The consultant engages potential and existing clients, understands their needs and recommends Navon services and solutions, and contributes to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage potential and existing clients and recommend appropriate Navon services and solutions
• Conduct consultations and prepare proposals
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client expectations
• Support business development initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluency in English; Turkish or other regional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Istanbul and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in consulting, recruitment, travel or related service industries is beneficial

• Strong sales consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Customer service experience and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a structured sales pipeline
• Experience using CRM or sales management software to track leads, opportunities and client interactions
