Sales Controlling Manager (Finance)

About the role

Züber, Turkey's leading healthy snack manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Controlling Manager to partner with commercial teams, support budgeting processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly and annual budgeting processes.
• Act as a business partner to commercial teams, providing financial insights and building strong relationships.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, monitoring monthly trade spend and accrual bookings.
• Assess the financial impact of pricing and discount policies.
• Bridge finance and sales teams to enhance processes.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses for commercial decisions and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduated from Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related 4‑year university program.
• At least 8 years of experience in sales controlling and financial analysis, preferably in FMCG.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinker, self‑motivated, proactive and energetic.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong background in data analytics, reporting and budgeting.
