Sales Development Representative (Remote, Turkey)

About the role

Cambly is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive new business in the Turkish B2B market. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact for prospective corporate clients, helping them improve English proficiency across their organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting and account‑penetration strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Engage inbound and outbound leads through multi‑channel outreach, including social selling, cold calls, email sequences and event follow‑up.
• Qualify leads, nurture relationships and ensure a seamless hand‑off to Account Executives.
• Maintain persistent follow‑up until meetings are booked.
• Provide market insights and contribute to the development of Cambly’s sales playbook and tech stack.

Required profile

• Native Turkish speaker with C1/C2 English proficiency.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Development, BDR or similar outbound role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets.
• Experience selling to B2B clients in Turkey, preferably within HR or Learning & Development.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling email campaigns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales engagement tools.
