Sales Director – Consumer Technology & Gaming (Turkey)

About the role

We are expanding a portfolio of international consumer technology and gaming brands in Turkey and need a Sales Director to own the commercial strategy, launch new brands and drive revenue across retail, e‑commerce and specialist channels.

Key responsibilities

• Full commercial responsibility for the portfolio in Turkey.
• Build and execute annual sales and go‑to‑market plans for each brand.
• Develop business with major consumer electronics retailers, e‑commerce platforms, gaming specialists and technology resellers.
• Negotiate listings, commercial terms, promotions and annual agreements with key accounts.
• Create promotional calendars together with marketing and retail partners.
• Plan and execute new product and brand launches.
• Manage pricing, positioning, inventory planning and channel strategy.
• Develop Amazon and marketplace strategies with the e‑commerce team.
• Identify new routes to market and strategic partnerships.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipeline, budgets and revenue targets.
• Work directly with international vendors on business plans, forecasts and market development.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in consumer electronics, gaming, IT hardware or consumer technology.
• Senior‑level experience in sales, key account management or commercial leadership.
• Strong existing relationships with major Turkish retailers and e‑commerce platforms.
• Proven experience negotiating with national key accounts.
• Deep understanding of gaming, PC components, peripherals and consumer technology.
• Experience launching and developing international brands in Turkey.
• Knowledge of retail pricing, promotions, margins and sell‑through management.
• Analytical and forecasting skills.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
