Sales Director – Food Service

About the role

The Sales Director Food Service will lead strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets for Cargill’s Foodservice channel in Turkey. You will provide both strategic vision and tactical direction, representing the company’s portfolio of fats, oils, starches and chocolate products.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate Cargill’s sales operations in the Foodservice channel in Turkey.
• Evaluate market potential and plan sales projects and activities.
• Identify and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Develop and deliver marketing strategies for products, services and associated brands.
• Lead, coach and manage a team of sales professionals, including talent acquisition, performance management and disciplinary actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of food industry experience, including people management.
• On‑field sales experience, especially in the Foodservice channel.
• Experience with P&L or costing management and fundamental finance knowledge.
• Work experience within an international organization.
