Sales Director

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, results‑oriented Sales Director to lead our sales organization in Turkey. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive performance across the full product portfolio, guide Regional Managers, and ensure excellence in field execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales performance across the entire product range and achieve defined business objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans based on market dynamics, competitive trends, and field insights.
• Collaborate with Business Excellence and other functions to produce accurate short‑, mid‑, and long‑term sales forecasts.
• Analyse sales results, identify forecast deviations and define corrective actions.
• Coach, develop and align Regional Managers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical, Training, and Business Excellence to translate strategy into effective field execution.
• Promote the use of CRM, Lynx and other digital sales tools, integrating omnichannel approaches into daily activities.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably in a multi‑product environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of building and motivating regional sales teams.
• Forward‑looking attitude toward digital transformation and AI‑enabled opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales platforms (e.g., Lynx).
• Experience using IQVIA data and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to leverage sales analytics for performance management.
• Familiarity with omnichannel sales execution.
