Sales Director

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑oriented Sales Director to lead our sales organisation in Turkey. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive performance across the full product portfolio and guide Regional Managers to achieve commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales performance across the entire portfolio, develop and execute sales strategies and business plans.
• Provide forecasting input, analyse performance, and define corrective actions with Business Excellence.
• Coach and develop Regional Managers, ensuring consistent field execution and a high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Training and other functions to translate field insights into strategic actions.
• Promote effective use of CRM, Lynx and other digital tools, and explore AI‑enabled capabilities to enhance productivity.
• Manage sales‑related budgets, resource allocation and compliance with policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration or related field.
• 13–15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with a strong track record in sales leadership and people management.
• Experience managing regional or national sales organisations and driving forecasting and performance management.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Lynx) and other digital sales tools.
• Experience leveraging AI‑enabled capabilities and sales analytics for data‑driven decision making.
