Sales Executive – Antalya

About the role

Nestlé Waters is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to lead growth across Horeca and Traditional Trade channels in Antalya. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets while representing one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective customers in Horeca (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering) and Traditional Trade to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and meet channel objectives consistently.
• Negotiate agreements, manage trade terms, discount structures and commercial contracts.
• Conduct profitability analyses and support sustainable growth.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders to ensure best‑in‑class execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Horeca or Traditional Trade.
• Proven field sales and customer‑management experience with a diverse portfolio.
• Experience in commercial negotiations, profitability analysis and risk management.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
