Sales Executive (Kratos) – Infrastructure Solutions

About the role

Çimsa is looking for a Sales Executive (Kratos) to drive the sales of Kratos Synthetic Fiber Reinforcement products, a key solution in Çimsa's portfolio. The role focuses on expanding Kratos solutions into new markets and acquiring new customers across infrastructure and superstructure applications, based in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio for Kratos products and acquire new customers.
• Visit customers and project sites regularly to promote Kratos solutions and follow up on ongoing opportunities.
• Identify, monitor and report sales opportunities.
• Develop sales-driven solutions with distributors, dealers and applicators, and with Marketing and R&D teams on project- and product-specific solutions.
• Prepare price quotations and manage the sales process from order placement to collection.
• Carry out market, customer and competitor analyses to support the company's growth strategy.
• Achieve and report assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in cement, ready-mix concrete, construction materials, fiber or related industries.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of cement, ready-mix concrete, flooring and/or shotcrete applications, or strong willingness to develop it.
• Experience with construction sites, ready-mix concrete plants, contractors and other industry stakeholders.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, analytical thinking and time management.
• Availability for frequent travel, mainly by road (about 70%).
• Valid Class B driving licence and residence in Istanbul; candidates from other parts of the Marmara region may also be considered.
