Sales Executive - Radiology Devices

About the role

A Sales Executive is needed for the Radiology devices group (Mammography, X-Ray Systems) in the Maltepe office in Istanbul. The role drives sales growth and profitability by building customer partnerships, finding new business, leading negotiations and delivering healthcare solutions. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 70%.

Key responsibilities

• Take an active part in achieving sales targets for the radiology business and drive growth, profitability and market share in the territory.
• Increase the customer portfolio and manage and grow existing relationships while gaining new business.
• Make regular customer and dealer visits.
• Prepare offers and sales contracts and negotiate with customers.
• Follow up sales projects until customer delivery.
• Act as first point of contact for distributors, coordinate sales activities and maintain good distributor relationships.
• Follow monthly sales, inventory and project-based analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with technical, operational, application and service teams on project execution.

Required profile

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in Biomedical engineering.
• Very good command of English.
• At least 3 years of experience in radiology, customer management and active sales; experience selling imaging solutions is a strong advantage.
• Advanced analytical skills, solution-oriented, patient and self-confident.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
