Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist

About the role

The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team drives data‑based insights to improve customer engagement and business performance in the Animal Health division. As a Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist you will manage commercial data, deliver analytical reports, and support Salesforce CRM operations across all Business Units in Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor, sales and ad‑hoc analyses to support Business Unit needs.
• Manage in‑market sales reporting processes, optimizing and automating related systems and workflows.
• Deliver monthly field force performance reports, including sales performance and free‑goods/rebate calculations.
• Integrate, cleanse, transform and model data from multiple sources to build reliable datasets for reporting and decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for monitoring complex commercial data.
• Oversee Salesforce CRM processes, ensuring data quality, system adoption and user support for Turkey.
• Assist Business Units with territory alignment, target setting, segmentation, call planning and incentive calculations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, econometrics, mathematics, economics or a related field.
• Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Analysis or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to consolidate and analyze large datasets using statistical analysis and data profiling.

Required skills

• SQL and Python programming.
• Power BI for data modeling, dashboard development and visualization.
• Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience with Redshift, Snowflake and other database technologies.
• Salesforce CRM administration and data management.
• Business Intelligence, data consolidation, reporting and visualization.
