Sales Intern

About the role

A part-time Sales Intern is sought to support customer relations and sales. The sales team is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in the business model; high-performing candidates will be hired after the internship ends, with the aim of training future managers and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients turn their boat holiday dreams into reality.
• Prepare and monitor sales KPIs and report to management.
• Recommend marketing strategies that facilitate sales.
• Solve customer problems and offer tailored solutions.
• Pass on customer feedback to the product team so the company stays customer centric.

Required profile

• Senior undergraduate or postgraduate student, or new graduate, in business administration, mass communications, sales, marketing, advertising or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; an additional language is a plus.
• Positive, professional and outgoing, able to work in a team and directly with clients.
• Enthusiasm and desire to learn in business development and sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication, flexibility, multitasking and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
