Sales Leader – Fleet

About the role

Otokoç Automotive is seeking a Sales Leader – Fleet to drive monthly sales, turnover and profitability across its branches. The role focuses on fleet sales, coordination with service departments, and expanding the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure monthly achievement of annual sales, turnover and profitability targets for each branch.
• Guide fleet sales personnel on targets, customer visit programs and activities, and support local sales and tender participation.
• Coordinate fleet sales staff with the Service Department to guarantee timely and complete sales collections.
• Identify and acquire new fleet customers using internal and external data sources.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer information in the database and conduct regular visits to potential institutional customers.
• Prepare offers for fleet customers, participate in tenders, and coordinate vehicle delivery with distributors and manufacturers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• At least 5 years of automotive industry experience, including 3 years in a managerial role focused on fleet sales.
• Strong managerial and rational decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
