Sales Leader – Fleet

About the role

Otokoç Automotive is looking for a Sales Leader – Fleet to drive monthly sales, turnover and profitability across its branches. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership and close coordination with service and procurement functions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales, turnover and profit targets in line with company policies.
• Guide fleet sales staff on targets, customer visit programmes and tender participation.
• Coordinate fleet sales activities with the Service Department to ensure timely collections and vehicle delivery.
• Identify and acquire new fleet customers using internal and external data sources.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer information in the database and conduct regular visits to potential institutional clients.
• Prepare offers, participate in tenders and liaise with distributors and manufacturers for custom‑made vehicles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• At least 5 years of automotive industry experience, including 3 years in a managerial fleet‑sales role.
• Strong managerial and rational decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
