Sales Manager – Fragrance Division

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations and support the growth of our prestige fragrance portfolio in Turkey. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving sell‑in and sell‑out performance, building strong retail partnerships, and ensuring effective field sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies, annual budgets, forecasts and commercial action plans.
• Drive sell‑in and sell‑out performance across the fragrance portfolio and monitor KPIs, profitability, market trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with selective beauty retailers such as Sephora, Beymen, Boyner and Sevil, supporting negotiations and joint business planning.
• Lead, coach and develop field sales teams and Beauty Consultants, set sales objectives and conduct regular store visits.
• Collaborate with Brand Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Training and Finance to align commercial objectives with brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in prestige fragrance, cosmetics or selective beauty retail.
• Proven experience in sales management, team leadership and working with selective beauty retailers.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, planning and communication skills with a proactive, results‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
