Sales Manager – Group & Event

About the role

Grandma’s Wonderland is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the development of group and event sales for its farm‑based hospitality, dining and experience offerings. The role will drive new business, nurture client relationships and translate the farm‑to‑table concept into commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business across corporate, leisure, weddings, retreats, meetings and experiential segments.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, agencies, event planners and local partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to proposal, negotiation, contracting and hand‑over to operations.
• Prepare compelling proposals, quotations and contracts in coordination with relevant departments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and seasonal opportunities to shape sales initiatives.
• Represent Grandma’s Wonderland at industry events, trade shows and networking meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, event or luxury restaurant sales.
• Proven ability to communicate, present and negotiate confidently with corporate and individual clients.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus.
