Sales Manager – Istanbul

About the role

DP World is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Istanbul sales team. You will drive growth across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Project Cargo services while contributing to the branch’s revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve commercial targets.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and business development.
• Manage strategic key accounts and high‑value customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across all freight services.
• Lead major commercial opportunities, tenders, and negotiations with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure effective pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Finance, Customer Service, and other teams for successful project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in freight forwarding sales or commercial management.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Project Cargo services.
• Track record of meeting revenue and gross profit targets.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales reporting tools.
