Sales & Operations Professional – Fintech

About the role

TrendPay designs and manages end-to-end payment solutions for millions of users worldwide, and is looking for a Sales & Operations professional to handle corporate and merchant onboarding, gift card orders and related operations. The role works closely with Account Management, Finance, Compliance, Product and Technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end merchant and corporate customer onboarding, including KYB documentation, contracts, account setup and internal approvals.
• Run corporate gift card orders: validation, pricing and payment checks, code generation and allocation, delivery and fulfillment confirmation.
• Handle post-sales requests from corporate customers, B2B2C partners and internal sales teams, such as order tracking, code delivery, redemption inquiries and issue resolution.
• Coordinate invoicing, payment collection, account reconciliation and discrepancy resolution with Finance and other stakeholders.
• Implement operational controls against duplicate orders, incorrect codes, unauthorized deliveries, payment discrepancies and fraud.
• Monitor performance and SLAs across sales channels, resolve pending transactions and prepare regular reports on onboarding, orders, fulfillment and service performance.
• Drive process improvements, automation and self-service initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• At least 6 years of experience in corporate customer management and sales, preferably in loyalty programs with gift card rewards.
• Proven track record of generating business and a good network of channels and key customers.
• Good command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and good command of MS Office.
• Analytical thinking and autonomy in meeting targets.
