Sales Representative – Field Sales (Mersin)

About the role

CCI is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage end‑to‑end field sales activities in the Mersin region. You will be the primary point of contact between Coca‑Cola CCI and its customers, building strong, long‑term relationships while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers in the assigned territory, verify stock levels and create order requests.
• Develop and maintain sustainable business relationships with regional customers.
• Execute merchandising activities and ensure product visibility.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and act as the main liaison for equipment monitoring and control.
• Communicate upcoming campaigns to customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Identify new collaboration opportunities and support market‑growth initiatives.
• Take actions to improve product availability and sales volume.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good command of English.
• Active B‑class driver’s license.
• Analytical mindset with strong relationship‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented, proactive and flexible personality.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Mersin.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
