Sales Responsible

About the role

Saint-Gobain Weber is seeking a Sales Responsible to drive regional sales performance in Adana. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and contributing to the sustainable growth of Weber Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
• Monitor market conditions and provide input for regional sales strategies.
• Implement sales activities and promotional initiatives to increase market share.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction or building‑materials sector.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Residing in Adana or willing to relocate; travel flexibility.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
