We are a creative house that blends high‑end cinematic production, brand storytelling and modern design. We are seeking an energetic Sales Specialist to grow our client portfolio across local and international markets, building relationships and qualifying high‑value leads.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential new clients in local and international markets.
• Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email and networking.
• Lead discovery calls, present our creative capabilities and assess commercial interest.
• Qualify leads before handing them to the internal creative and strategy teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized business pipeline with clear follow‑up strategies.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development or client relations, preferably within a creative agency, production house or digital media environment.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Confident presenter able to engage decision‑makers and tell compelling stories about creative services.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, resilient and eager to grow in a fast‑paced creative setting.
