Sales Specialist – B2B Technical Sales

About the role

MEAtec is looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to drive commercial growth and expand our global market presence. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while translating our AI‑driven battery analytics into tangible business value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and targeted outreach.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including discovery meetings, proposal development and follow‑up.
• Prepare tailored presentations, commercial offers and formal quotations.
• Maintain accurate sales records, track pipeline health and provide revenue forecasts to the CCO.
• Build and nurture relationships with OEMs, integrators and energy companies in automotive, energy and defense sectors.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure proposals reflect customer requirements.
• Represent MEAtec at industry events to increase visibility of our Digital Battery Passport and BMS solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field (engineering preferred).
• 1‑5 years of proven B2B technical sales or business development experience.
• Experience in automotive, energy or defense markets is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently.
