Sales Specialist – Customer Relationship & Business Development

About the role

Doğan E-Dönüşüm is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to manage the full sales cycle, build strong customer relationships, and help expand the company’s portfolio in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct active inside sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare commercial proposals and manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
• Follow up on customer interactions and sales opportunities in a timely and professional manner.

Required profile

• Minimum Associate Degree.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or operational processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong planning, organization, and follow‑up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Target‑driven, responsible, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
• Strong team player able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
