Sales Support / Front Desk Agent (English)

About the role

GGM Gastro Turkey, an international company based in Germany that specialises in industrial commercial kitchen technology, is looking for an English-speaking Sales Support Front Desk Agent for its new showroom in Skyland AVM, Istanbul. The role welcomes visitors, supports the sales team and runs the showroom independently on weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome showroom visitors and give them information about the products.
• Support the sales team on weekdays by helping customers and introducing the products.
• Take responsibility for the showroom independently on weekends.
• Collect and accurately record customer inquiries and contact details and share them with the sales team.
• Keep the showroom clean, organised and professionally presented.
• Carry out daily opening and closing procedures and help the sales team with their daily tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; a university degree is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused and professional.
• Organised, responsible and able to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and according to the shopping mall schedule, with two days off per week (one weekend day and one weekday).
• Willingness to learn and to represent the company professionally.
