Sales Technical Engineer (Hydraulic Solutions)

About the role

As a Sales Technical Engineer you will act as the bridge between customers and Bosch Rexroth’s advanced hydraulic solutions. You will understand client needs, propose technically sound and commercially viable solutions, and help grow the business in the Turkish market.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to capture their objectives and develop tailored technical and commercial proposals.
• Provide technical leadership in reviewing scopes of work, evaluating deliverables, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Convert technical opportunities into sales, supporting the full commercial process.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and finance to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing and sales terms.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to meet sales targets and business plans.
• Develop new accounts, maintain long‑term relationships, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Design and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with annual targets.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify growth areas for electronically controlled hydraulic technologies.
• Lead development, field optimisation, and commissioning of electronic hydraulic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and electronically controlled technologies.
• Excellent customer management and communication abilities.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and a results‑driven mindset.
• Good command of English.
