About the role

We are seeking experienced Sales Engineers to join our team, focusing on project proposals, quotations, and technical support for packaging and industrial machinery. The role involves close interaction with customers, international partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project proposals and quotations, taking full responsibility for assigned projects.
• Provide technical support to the technical team as needed.
• Visit customers, support sales activities, and maintain continuous communication with international business partners.
• Prepare action lists, report progress to management, and monitor completion of tasks.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and prepare detailed technical and business development reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, proposal preparation, or technical sales.
• Experience in packaging, packaging machinery, or industrial machinery.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) and a valid driver’s license with active driving experience.
• Strong sales skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
