Satış Uzmanı – Diyarbakır

About the role

Bosch Home Comfort is looking for a Sales Specialist to drive sales activities for climate control systems in the Diyarbakır region (or nearby Gaziantep/Elazığ based on residence). You will work with our authorized dealer network to promote and sell a range of HVAC solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales of Single Split, Multi Split, Large Split and VRF product groups through the authorized dealer network.
• Introduce product and system solutions to design offices, investors, contractors and other project stakeholders in the region.
• Track projects, develop sales opportunities and close deals within the assigned area.
• Oversee dealer performance, strengthen partnerships and generate new business opportunities.
• Provide technical support to designers and project partners for system selection and implementation.
• Achieve regional sales targets and ensure effective field execution of sales strategies.
• Monitor dealer targets, build sustainable relationships with partners, and manage commercial and financial risks.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunity areas.
• Prepare monthly sales, project and regional performance reports for management.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales channel management, dealer management or technical sales.
• Knowledge of Single Split, Multi Split, Large Split and VRF systems.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel without restriction.
• Excellent communication, representation and organization skills.
• Result‑oriented, highly motivated and comfortable with field work.
• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
