About the role

Bosch Home Comfort is looking for a Sales Specialist to drive sales activities for climate control solutions. The role will focus on promoting and selling Single Split, Multi Split, Large Split and VRF product families across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales of the specified product groups through the authorized dealer network.
• Introduce product and system solutions to design offices, investors, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Track projects in the region, develop sales opportunities and close deals.
• Oversee dealer performance, strengthen partnerships and generate new business.
• Provide technical support to designers and project partners during system selection and implementation.
• Achieve regional sales targets and ensure effective field execution of sales strategies.
• Monitor dealer sales goals, maintain sustainable relationships with partners.
• Watch commercial and financial risks within the dealer network and take corrective actions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare monthly sales, project and regional performance reports for management.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales channel management, dealer management or technical sales.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Valid driver’s license, own vehicle and no travel restrictions.
• Excellent communication, representation and organizational skills.
• Result‑oriented, highly motivated and comfortable with field work.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Single Split, Multi Split, Large Split and VRF HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
