Senior Account Executive – Financial Lines

About the role

Marsh Turkey is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join its FINPRO department in Istanbul. You will lead the account management process for a diverse portfolio of financial insurance clients, delivering tailored solutions and supporting senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultancy support to Financial Insurance Lines and advise senior stakeholders on complex matters.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring day‑to‑day service and administration of existing insurance contracts in line with Marsh standards.
• Deliver tailored insurance solutions for D&O, Professional Indemnity, Property & Liability, Cyber and Marine Cargo.
• Respond to client requests for policy renewal, modification or consultancy services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FinPro, corporate insurance or brokerage.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, presentation and training abilities.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and result‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
