Senior Account Manager

About the role

Sanipak is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead distributor and customer relationships, drive sales growth and ensure product availability across assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned distributors and customers, acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
• Maximize product availability within accounts to increase market share and distribution.
• Monitor competitors, develop action plans and manage commercial agreements.
• Handle trade investments, fund reconciliations and monitor stock levels for distributors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the Out‑of‑Home (HoReCa) channel.
• Proficiency in English (preferred) and an active driver’s licence with no travel restrictions.

Required skills

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans.
