Senior Advocacy & Influencer Specialist – Dermatological Beauty

About the role

We are looking for a senior Advocacy & Influencer Specialist to lead creator‑centric programs for La Roche‑Posay and SkinCeuticals. The role combines community building, content creation, and data‑driven optimisation to amplify brand equity across beauty and non‑beauty segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and nurture a diverse portfolio of creators, from top‑tier influencers to micro‑creators, aligning them with brand values.
• Design and manage “always‑on” user‑generated content programmes and seasonal campaigns.
• Leverage Influencer Relationship Management (IRM) models and the ContentPro platform to extract insights and drive sustainable impact.
• Use social listening and trend analysis to guide creators in producing compelling, on‑brand content.
• Plan and execute online and offline brand experiences, including events and trips, and oversee gifting and seeding processes.
• Coordinate agency activities (Love Agency) and monitor performance metrics such as Share of Influence (SOI).
• Analyse results, present learnings and optimise strategies to maximise ROI for future plans.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum 4‑year programme).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a proven track record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Consumer‑centric mindset and ability to think strategically.
• Ambitious, confident and comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Influencer Relationship Management (IRM) frameworks.
• Proficiency in using the ContentPro tool for data‑driven influencer management.
