Senior AI Sales - Turkey

About the role

Watira.ai is looking for a Senior AI Sales professional to drive sales growth and market expansion across Turkey. The role covers selling AI solutions and services, managing the full sales cycle and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Sell and position AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI, Generative AI, Azure AI, AI consulting, digital transformation services and AI training programs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through presentation, proposal, negotiation, closing and account growth.
• Work with technology partners, including Microsoft, and collaborate with marketing, technical and consulting teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging AI opportunities in Turkey, and forecast accurately.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences and technology events.

Required profile

• 7+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in technology, software, cloud, AI, digital transformation or professional services.
• Proven track record of developing new markets, generating leads, building pipelines and closing business.
• Strong understanding of the Turkish market and customer landscape.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable in a fast-growing technology environment.
