Senior AI Solution Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale next‑generation AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications. You will lead technical development, work directly with clients, and mentor our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI solutions such as chatbots, search platforms, and autonomous agent workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and propose LLM‑driven solutions.
• Create data pipelines, design prompt strategies, and build testing frameworks to ensure safety, accuracy, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Run rapid experiments, build prototypes, and stay ahead of emerging AI research and tools.

Required profile

• Proven senior software engineering experience delivering production‑grade AI, ML, or LLM solutions.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical ideas to both technical teams and non‑technical clients.
• Ability to quickly prototype user interfaces and scale AI applications in the cloud.

Required skills

• Python (including FastAPI)
• Natural Language Processing concepts (semantic similarity, tokenization, text classification)
• RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) and AI agent patterns
• Major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock) and frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
• Testing and scaling AI applications, cloud cost management
• Rapid UI prototyping with Streamlit or Gradio
• Optional: TypeScript, AWS or Azure (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock), Databricks (MLflow, AgentBricks)
• Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, rerankers, Model Context Protocol, LangSmith, Arize Phoenix
