Senior Backend Engineer (.NET) – Fintech

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to develop high‑performance, scalable backend solutions for a client in the payment technologies sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high‑performance backend applications.
• Build backend solutions supporting payment technologies and transaction‑intensive systems.
• Collaborate with C++ developers, embedded software engineers, and cross‑functional technical teams.
• Optimize databases, application infrastructure, and overall system performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve system reliability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong professional experience in backend and web application development, preferably using C#/.NET.
• Hands‑on experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience developing scalable, high‑performance, transaction‑intensive applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
