Senior Business Transformation Consultant

About the role

EY Turkey is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join its Business Transformation team in Istanbul. You will lead key workstreams on large‑scale transformation projects, shaping operating models, organizations and capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams from diagnosis through solution design, implementation planning and value realization.
• Structure complex business challenges, conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop transformation solutions covering operating models, processes, governance, technology enablement and performance management.
• Coordinate junior team members, review their work and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field; master’s/MBA is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, business transformation or a related advisory environment.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, fluency in Turkish and English.
• Willingness to travel within Turkey and internationally as required.
