Senior Clinical Research Associate (Temporary)

About the role

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate on a temporary contract to oversee monitoring responsibilities and ensure proper conduct of clinical trials across Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects of clinical trial activities at investigator sites from activation through database lock.
• Serve as primary contact for sites, provide enrollment support, and address activation and recruitment issues.
• Conduct onsite and remote monitoring, ensure compliance with the Study Monitoring Plan, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor adverse events, collaborate with the Drug Safety Unit, and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and submit required documentation, resolve site issues, and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of clinical site monitoring experience, preferably with oncology studies.
• Extensive knowledge of ICH/GCP, FDA and local regulations.
• Fluent English, ability to travel extensively across Turkey, and hold a valid driver’s license and passport.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related professional qualification.
