Senior Consultant – Industrial Real Estate

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield | TR International is seeking a commercially minded Senior Consultant to join its Industrial Agency team in Istanbul. You will advise occupiers, owners, investors and developers on industrial and logistics real estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Originate new business, identify market opportunities and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Advise on leasing, acquisition and disposal of industrial and logistics properties and manage transaction processes from engagement to completion.
• Conduct site selection, location analysis and market research for warehouses, production assets and development land.
• Prepare high‑quality pitches, proposals, client presentations and transaction documentation.
• Analyse market data, comparable transactions and sector trends to provide practical client advice.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably industrial and logistics agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as real estate, engineering, economics or business.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement with a proactive, results‑oriented approach.
• Professional proficiency in Turkish and English and willingness to travel with a valid Class B driving licence.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM and real‑estate data platforms.
