Senior Cyber Security Specialist

About the role

Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to advance its cyber security capabilities, strengthen its security architecture and protect mission-critical aviation systems. The role sits within a collaborative environment where you work with technology teams, business stakeholders and security partners, and contributes to the airport's cyber resilience.

Required profile

• Graduate of Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related university program.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Ability to analyse security incidents and turn technical findings into actionable measures.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, technical documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical teams, vendors and consultants.
• At least B2-level English proficiency.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CyberArk, OSCP, CEH, CISSP, CISM or GIAC are preferred.

Required skills

• Enterprise cybersecurity technologies, networks, operating systems and Active Directory security.
• PAM tools, including PVWA, CPM and PSM, and privileged account onboarding, password management and session management.
• Vulnerability management, penetration testing, red team and purple team activities, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Breach and attack simulation / security validation platforms (preferred).
• Cyber threat intelligence, threat hunting, IOC/IOA and TTP analysis.
• SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewall, WAF and IAM/PAM.
• Generative AI, LLM security and AI-related cybersecurity risks.
