Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Turna is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own and optimise performance marketing across web and mobile app channels. You will combine hands‑on campaign execution with deep analytical insight to drive sustainable growth and improve the full customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own, manage and optimise performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Develop acquisition and growth strategies focused on business outcomes such as ROAS, CAC and LTV.
• Monitor and optimise budgets across channels, balancing spend with performance data.
• Use Adjust and other measurement tools to evaluate mobile attribution, user behaviour and campaign effectiveness.
• Combine web, app, product and business data to build a 360° view of performance and recommend actions.
• Partner with Product, Technology and Data Analytics teams to define new measurement needs and growth experiments.
• Design, run and analyse tests on audiences, creatives, bidding strategies and customer journeys.
• Identify new channels, audiences and technologies, build business cases and lead testing initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience across web and mobile app environments.
• Proven ability to manage and allocate performance budgets and to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience linking marketing metrics to product and business outcomes.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, technology and data teams.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity about emerging performance‑marketing tools, automation and AI.
