Senior Director, Product & Operations Lead

About the role

The Coca‑Cola Company is seeking a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end vision, strategy and innovation for the Daha Daha & Extra Zone digital platform across the EME Operating Unit, primarily Turkey and Kazakhstan. Reporting to the Vice President, Digital, Data and AI, you will drive a seamless consumer experience while aligning commercial, technology and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, value proposition and strategic roadmap for Daha Daha & Extra Zone.
• Identify and prioritize innovation, scalability and improvement opportunities to fuel sustainable growth.
• Align long‑range and annual plans with internal stakeholders and bottling partners.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Franchise, Customer & Commercial Leadership, Data & Analytics, Legal and Global Digital Operations.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of five direct reports covering commercial acumen, data insights, tech delivery and full‑stack engineering.
• Act as a trusted advisor for the Turkey market, ensuring seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital product strategy and operations.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate market needs into digital solutions.
• Demonstrated success driving cross‑functional alignment across global and regional teams.
• Experience working with bottling or similar partner ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
