Senior Fashion Designer for Premium Women’s Brand

About the role

As a Senior Fashion Designer you will lead the creation of innovative, trend‑setting collections for a sophisticated women’s brand. You will work closely with the product development team to ensure designs align with the brand vision and market demands.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global fashion trends, industry developments and innovations.
• Select fabric patterns and support the production process.
• Take an active role in product development and collection creation.
• Participate in fitting sessions and contribute to final design decisions.
• Analyze fabric samples from trade fairs, determine fabric groups and support pricing processes.
• Prepare visual R&D files to aid collection development.
• Visit trade fairs, conduct R&D studies with suppliers on lace, accessories and maintain an archive.
• Follow up on prints, embroidery and accessories development.
• Support collection theme development and verify data entries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Fashion Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in fashion design.
• Strong technical drawing ability and creative aesthetic sense.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Advanced knowledge of pattern making, garment construction and fabrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office applications.
• Willingness and availability to travel.
