Senior Field Applications Engineer

About the role

Renesas is looking for a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join its Regional Sales team. You will work closely with Sales Engineers and FAEs across Turkey and Eastern Europe, acting as the technical bridge between customers and internal divisions to drive new business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to build strong customer relationships and promote the full analog and power portfolio.
• Provide technical expertise on interfaces, power management, sensors, and digital‑connectivity solutions.
• Lead technology proposals, evaluations, and support projects from demand creation through mass production.
• Identify design‑win opportunities, track designs, and communicate customer needs internally.
• Travel within the assigned territory to engage customers and distributors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a similar field‑application or technical sales role.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
